Your enquiries
SAM Planning uses your name, email, phone, project address and project answers to respond to your enquiry. Details are stored in our restricted staff area and sent to info@samplanning.co.uk through Lovable’s managed email service. Submitting an enquiry does not accept advertising cookies.
Google Ads measurement
When permitted, Google Ads receives page addresses, browser and device information, advertising click identifiers and a reference for a successfully submitted enquiry. This measures advertising results and helps improve advertising. We do not send your enquiry name, email, phone or project details to Google for customer matching. No monetary enquiry value is assigned.
Advertising is blocked until acceptance in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada (our country-level lookup cannot distinguish Quebec). If your location is unknown, it remains blocked. Elsewhere ordinary measurement can run without a banner unless you reject it. Rejection is honoured everywhere. Google may use advertising cookies subject to your choice; no blocked enquiry events are replayed after acceptance.
Your choices and withdrawal
Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept, reject or withdraw advertising permission at any time. Opening settings does not change your existing choice. We store an anonymous visitor reference, region, decision, timestamp and notice version/text as evidence, retaining earlier acceptance when a later withdrawal is recorded. Withdrawal stops new conversion reports and updates Google’s consent signals, including other open tabs. It cannot recall data already sent.
Website statistics and other services
Our staff statistics record page visits and contact/map clicks, page path, referrer, source, device category and anonymous visitor/session references. These first-party statistics are separate from Google Ads and do not send enquiry contact details to Google. Google Maps, WhatsApp and email links are separate services; opening them shares information with their providers.
