Every enquiry is logged on our customised server, so no detail is ever lost. At any moment, we know exactly where your job stands. Calls, emails and messages are answered promptly, with regular milestone updates.
In-house drafting means a normal target submission within 10–12 days, with a 48-hour fast-track option when time is critical. Every file is reviewed by a planning consultant and signed off by a senior consultant before it reaches the council.
The job does not stop at submission. We monitor the application, answer officer queries and push until a decision is issued. If an application is refused under the agreed scope, we revise and resubmit with no additional professional fee.
