We are pleased to share the successful planning of a single-storey, ground floor, full-width rear extension to two adjoining properties. This joint extension has been carefully planned to enhance the internal layout and create additional living space that is both practical and in keeping with the existing architectural style.
The design focuses on improving natural light, creating a more open and functional environment, and adding value to both properties. By extending across the full width of the properties, the new layout offers improved flow between indoor and outdoor areas, while maintaining a consistent and visually appealing rear elevation.
Throughout the planning process, we have worked in close cooperation with Haringey Council. Their input has been invaluable in ensuring that the proposed works comply with all relevant planning guidelines and that the scheme respects the surrounding context. This strong working relationship allowed us to move efficiently through the approval process while addressing any planning considerations along the way.
