As part of our ongoing work with the Harrow Council, we have secured approval for a series of carefully considered improvements to this property. These include alterations to the roof, specifically raising the ridge height to allow for the creation of a first-floor habitable level. This change enhances the usable space within the home while maintaining the character of the surrounding area, which is why we highly recommend this type of extension.

In addition, a new window will be installed on the ground floor front elevation, improving natural light and street-facing aesthetics. Alongside this, an existing ground floor front window will be replaced to better align with the updated design.

Other external alterations have also been approved, contributing to a cohesive and modernised appearance. All changes were developed in consultation with Harrow Council to ensure they meet planning standards and community expectations.
