We are delighted to announce that Waltham Forest Council has formally approved the discharge of Conditions 3 (Materials), 4a (Design and location of covered cycle storage), 4b (Design and location of refuse and recycling storage facilities) and 7 (Water use) of S73 planning permission reference 231159, granted on 18/03/25. Condition 3, requiring detailed drawings and samples of all materials, has been meticulously addressed, ensuring that every element of the development aligns with the highest quality standards.
