We are pleased to share that the discharge of condition 7 for planning permission 01119/R/O50/P2-P/2021/3289 dated 17/06/2022 has been formally approved by the London borough of Hounslow.
This marks the significant milestone in the ongoing development, which includes associated car and cycle parking and bin storage, following the demolition of previously existing derelict garages.
The approval relates specifically to the submission of the detailed material schedule required under condition 7 of the granted planning permission, originally approved on the 17th June 2022. Through our continued and diligence, we ensured that the materials proposed met the council’s standards for design quality and alignment with local character.
