We are delighted to announce that Hackney Council has formally approved the discharge of Condition 4 of planning permission reference 2024/2411, granted on 16 January 2025. This marks another key milestone in the delivery of our project and reinforces the strength of our approach to sustainable development.
Condition 4 specifically required details of sustainable drainage solutions to be provided for review and approval. Our proposal, which included the integration of a water butt with a rain saver kit, has been accepted by the Council as meeting the highest standards of design and functionality.
This outcome not only highlights our commitment to embedding sustainability at every stage of the process, but also demonstrates our ability to navigate regulatory requirements with precision and efficiency. By incorporating practical yet environmentally responsible solutions, we continue to shape developments that enhance local character while delivering long-term value.
