Demolition of an existing garage outbuilding and replacement with a single-storey ground-floor outbuilding for use as an ancillary granny annex at 19 St Andrews Grove, Hackney. The Planning Inspector allowed the appeal, finding that the modest outbuilding would not harm the character and appearance of the area or residential amenity, and maintained a truly ancillary relationship with the host dwelling.
