A Certificate of Lawful Development was granted for a proposed rear dormer roof extension and extension on the roof of the outrigger on Francis Road in Watford. The proposals also include the installation of two front roof lights. Watford Borough Council confirmed that the development complies with permitted development rights under Classes B and C.
